gpu26 and gpu27 provisioned

Dear Autonians,

I just completed provisioning two new monster GPU nodes.  They have
identical specs to the gpu24 and gpu25 i.e. 128 threads, 512 GB of RAM and
the most importantly 8xRTX A6000 cards. Kudos to Dr. Dubrawski. He spent
105K of his hard obtained grant money for this purchase.
