serious lab etiquette violations

Dear Autonians,

I was forced today to reboot multiple gpu nodes due to the serious
lab etiquette violations. Some of you still don't know how to redirect
python cashing to your scratch directories and are trashing /tmp folder.
Several servers had full scratch directories. Those should be regularly
pruned as they are meant to be temporary storage space. There is no
guarantee that anything stored on them will be there tomorrow.

These types of violations are described in our Wiki and proper
recommendations are made.
