bash.autonlab.org rebuilt

Dear Autonians,

The shell gateway bash.autonlab.org was physically rebuilt by  Piotr
Bartosiewicz while I was on my PTO. I finally got a chance to put some
final touches to it. It appears 100% usable and stable based on my tests.

I did turn 2FA on. That leaves

lion.auton.cs.cmu.edu

as the only shell gateway available to the Lab members without Lab
maintained workstations whose AndrewIDs are not matching Auton Lab user IDs
due to the legacy reasons.
