Request for advice on Racing Algorithm or PyGMO

Hi Autonians,

I am Yi, an autonian working on the project "Matching Multifrequency
Clinical Time Series". I am trying to use Racing Algorithm in my project.
Recently I found a package called PyGMO which implements Racing Algorithm.
But I met some problems with it. I am wondering if anyone had experience
with Racing Algorithm or PyGMO?  Or if anyone knows other packages that
implements Racing Algorithm, please kindly give me any advice!
