[Research] TCWI Links have changed!

Hello everyone.  This email is for those of you using or developing the
T-Cube Web Interface (TCWI).

You may have noticed that the old URLs to the TCWIs have become
inaccessible.

All links to TCWI have been moved to accommodate the shift to the 
private IP addressing scheme.  Now, you access all TCWI instances from a
single server, which proxies the requests to the real TCWI server.

Please note the new URLs for the TCWI instances:

LIRA    https://tcube.autonlab.org/usda/
LOP6    https://tcube.autonlab.org/lk/
LOT1    https://tcube.autonlab.org/usaf/

Notes :

- All passwords remain the same.
- All instances are now https://
- These links are the same both on and off campus
- These links should be given to sponsors from now on
