commonz/krb5.conf.global: clean up wrong KDC lists

Unset "kdc = kerberos.cs.cmu.edu", to get rid of an incorrect default
that ships with Ubuntu. This change is needed only on type Z platforms.

Also temporarily mask the entry for kerberos-2 that appears in
krb5.conf.unstaged; when we restore it later, it will move to the end
of the list. Also needed only on type Z, since the order of the output
file is deterministic on type X platforms.
