krb5.conf.global: test removing krb4 mappings

krb5.conf.unstaged contains various configuration options which control
the mapping of principal names between krb4 and krb5.  This change adds
directives to krb5.conf.global which nullify those options, causing them
to disappear from the combined krb5.conf.

The purpose of this change is to allow staged testing of the effects of
eventually removing those options from krb5.conf.unstaged.  Once they
have been removed, this change can be reverted.
