The Third International Conference on Emerging Techniques in 
Computational Intelligence, *ICETCI 2023*will be held at Mahindra 
University, Hyderabad during *Sep 21-23, 2023*.This is technically 
co-sponsored by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS).   The 
conference will have one day of tutorial sessions by experts from 
academia and industry. This will be followed by two days of Keynote 
Lectures by leading experts from Industry and Academia and presentation 
of contributory technical papers. Also, the conference hosts several 
special sessions on emerging areas related to Computational 
Intelligence. The Conference Record Number is 58599.

*ICETCI 2023*invites submission of unpublished innovative work in 
Computational Intelligence and related areas covering theories, 
methodologies, and applications. All submitted manuscripts will be 
checked for plagiarism and will pass through high quality reviews. 
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore subject 
to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. All papers 
uploaded in IEEE Xplore are indexed by major indexing bodes like Scopus, 
Web of Science, etc.

Awards and Travel Grants:

Note that one paper from each session will be awarded with a Best Paper 
Award.  Also, the authors of some of the highly-rated papers (based on 
reviews) will be provided partial Travel Grants for attending the 
Conference.
