The principal aims of LACONEU 2023 Summer School are to disseminate and to
develop Computational Neuroscience in Latin America, gathering researchers
and students with common interests in the beautiful and historical city of
Valparaiso, in Chile.

The organization of LACONEU 2023 will have a focus towards Machine Learning
and Artificial Intelligence: how ML and AI are helping to understand the
function of the brain in health and disease, but also how the knowledge in
neuroscience has helped the development of new innovative machine learning
and artificial intelligence advancements.

This version also includes a WORKSHOP on January 18th, 2023 on “Ethics of
Brain Studies”.
