Connectionists: Two Connectomics Job Opportunities

We are currently looking for two new members to join our team at Washington University in St Louis:


  *   Research Assistant in cross-species functional connectivity research
     *   Opportunity to work with a number of different data modalities (functional MRI, electrophysiology, oxygen polarography) to study the cellular underpinnings of functional connectivity. Depending on the candidate’s interest and expertise, the role may involve acquisition of primate fMRI, electrophysiology and oxygen recordings, and multimodal analysis of resting state network overlap.
  *   Postdoctoral associate in structure-function connectomics research
     *   Using UK Biobank neuroimaging data to study structure-function interactions in neuroimaging correlates of late life depression. The role will involve structural covariance analysis using non-negative matrix factorization, resting state fMRI analysis using Probabilistic Functional Modes, and structure-function mediation analyses.
