The 2nd BCI-UC features keynotes by *Camille Jeunet* on "User-centered
approach to improve BCI efficiency and usability: Stakes, Progress and
Obstacles" and by *Marco Congedo* on "Recent Advances on Riemannian
Transfer Learning". In addition, we have twelve contributed
presentations on a broad range of topics and a symposium on commercial
perspectives for BCI technologies.
