Connectionists: AI for Social Good: perspective, declaration, open call.

We are happy to announce 3 initiatives on AI for Social Good:

   - Guidelines and a perspective

   machine learning with NGO partnerships
   - A declaration <https://aiforthesocialgood.com/> of best practice
   regarding AI for Social Good. Please sign if you agree with it --  and
   thank you to the many of you who already have!
   - Finally, an open call for NGO partners
   <http://www.bg.ic.ac.uk/research/c.clopath/Dagstuhl/> to participate in
   the second Dagstuhl "AI for Social Good" workshop and hackathon (the
   perspective and declaration above are outcomes  of the first).

Looking forward to seeing more initiatives in the realm of AI4Good!
