Connectionists: Seeking scientific programmer for remote work (5 months) on neurobiological data analysis

*Position: Scientific programmer *

*Location: Remote work! *

*Duration: 5 months. *

*Salary: ~3000 €/ month gross. *

*Start date: Flexible. *

*Recommended background: at least MA (or equivalent background) in 
Computer Science, Data Science, Neuroinformatics or equivalent competence. *

*Duties: *

*Creating self-encapsulated didactic modules demonstrating application 
of cutting-edge ML/SL techniques to neurobiological time series 
(including human [fmri/dti], rodent [fMRI/LFP], insects (two-photon)). *

*Modules will execute on cloud platforms, be self documented (e.g. 
Jupyter), rely on platform-agnostic data organization architectures 
(e.g., BigData) and support workflow-management and collaborative coding 
(e.g. Git/-annex/datalad). *

*Target population for these didactic modules are PhD students in 
Cognitive Neurosciences and ***MA students in Computer Science and 
Engineering.**
