Connectionists: Early/Mid Career openings at Western Sydney University

Over the next five years, Western Sydney University will recruit 50 early and mid-career researchers through the Vice-Chancellor’s Research Fellowships. In our first call for applicants we are targeting researchers whose work aligns with Western’s research strengths including:



The International Centre for Neuromorphic Systems (ICNS)

• Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence

• Neuromorphic Engineering

• Novel Architectures for Computing Systems



The MARCS Institute for Brain, Behaviour and Development

• Cognitive Neuroscience

• Human Machine Interaction and Artificial Intelligence



Throughout the four years of their fellowship, Fellows will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and vibrant and dynamic sites of research activity.
