Postdoctoral fellow/Research associate position in brain image analysis

A postdoctoral fellow/research associate position in brain image analysis is available in a research group headed by Professor Jagath Rajapakse at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. The candidate will be attached to a project investigating structural and functional brain networks and their associations to brain disease. Depending on previous experience, the candidate will involve in structural or functional connectivity analysis using DTI or functional MR images of the brain. In functional connectivity analysis, the candidate will deep learn resting-state brain networks from functional MR images in order to decode brain activations evoked in different tasks. In structural connectivity analysis, the candidate will investigate deep learning of structural brain networks from DTI images in order to identify latent white-matter impairment factors and detect Alzheimer’s Disease.

The candidate would have experience and skills in image analysis, machine learning, and Python. Those applying for the postdoctoral fellow position should have a Ph.D. degree in relevant field.
