The Journal of Mathematical Neuroscience is pleased to announce a special
issue on *Stochastic Network Models in Neuroscience*.

This is in conjunction with the workshop Stochastic Network Models of
Neocortex (a Festschrift
for Jack Cowan) to be held in Banff International Research Station, July
13-18 2014: https://www.birs.ca/events/2014/5-day-workshops/14w5138

Research and review articles are sollicited and should be submitted to
the Journal before September 30.
