Personalogy, Inc. is a fast growing company in Colorado Springs, CO
that develops and applies state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to
personalize information on the Internet. We are currently looking for a
research programmer with the following credentials:
-Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, EE or related field
-1-4 years in research and professional programming experience
-strong programming skills in Perl/C/C++
-good knowledge of HTML/CGI
-strong interests in information retrieval and user modeling
-background in machine learning/neural networks/intelligent data mining
-comfortable with Windows/NT/2K and Unix/Solaris/Linux systems
-very good communication and problem solving skills
The person will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing the core
algorithms of the company as well as researching novel ways of
reorganizing internet page contents using user-specific information.
The person will also be involved in the overall system design.
