preprints of technical reports - URL correction

Thru an oversight on my part, I gave the wrong URL when I announced
preprints of technical reports a few days ago; my apologies.

The correct URL is

        http://www.cs.sun.ac.za/people/staff/omlin

The link to the technical reports is all the way at the bottom of the
page.

Alternatively, the papers may now also be downloaded from the U.S.
mirror site at

        http://www.neci.nj.nec.com/homepages/omlin
