Abstract:
Artificial neural network method is applied to the development
of ionospheric forecasting technique for one hour ahead.
Comparison between observed and
predicted values of the critical frequency of F2 layer,
foF2, and the total electron content, TEC, are presented to
show the appropriatness of the proposed technique.
