                               ABSTRACT

We study the performance of a neural dynamic routing algorithm on the circuit-
switched network under critical network situations.  It consists of a teacher
generating examples for supervised learning in a group of student neural controllers.  Simulations show that the method is robust and superior to 
conventional routing techniques.

                               ABSTRACT

We consider a model of non-uniform data, which resembles typical data for 
system faults in diagnostic classification tasks.  Phase diagrams illustrate 
the role reversal of the informators and background as parameters change.  
With no prior knowledge about the non-uniformity, the Bayesian classifier may 
perform worse than other neural network classifiers for few examples.
