The Journal of Integrated Computer-Aided Engineering has planned a special 
issue on Neural Techniques for Industrial Applications. Interested authors 
are invited to submit manuscripts based on their recent results on any aspect 
of Identification, Prediction and Control in industrial applications, 
including, but not limited to, theoretical foundations of the neural 
computation, neural models, network optimization, learning procedures, 
sensitivity analysis, experimental results, dedicated architectures, software 
simulation, implementations, embedded systems, and practical application cases. 
One of the main focus of the Journal is in fact the integration of new and 
emerging computing technologies for innovative solutions of engineering 
problems.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been previously published in journals 
or books or being currently under consideration elsewhere. All manuscript 
should include a covering page containing: the title of the paper, full 
name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s), complete surface and electronic 
(if available) address(es), telephone and fax number(s). The corresponding 
author should be clearly identified on the title page. The manuscript should 
include a 300-word abstract and a list of keywords characterising the paper 
contents.

Deadlines:
November 30, 1996    five copies of the manuscript
March 30, 1997       notification of acceptance/rejection.
May 1, 1997          final version of the manuscript including the original 
                     artwork, author(s) biograpical information, and signed 
                     copyright forms
