New book in Spanish

  Last month a new book about metaheuristics (Simulated annealing, Tabu 
Search, GRASP, Genetic Algorithms) and application of NN in optimization 
has been published. The book is in Spanish. List of authors includes
Prof  Fred Glover (U of Colorado) author of Tabu Search Technique, and other
Professors from Alabama, American University of Beirut, Tecnologico de
Monterrey-Mexico, U La plata (Argentina) and Oviedo (Spain). 
All the material is original and written for this book.
