                        DESCRIPTION:

Beta version of a toolbox for FIR (Finite Impulse Response) and TD
(Time Delay) Neural Networks.  For efficient stochastic
implementation, algorithms are written as MEX compatible c-code which
can be called as primitive functions from within MATLAB.  Both source
and compiled functions are available.
