IEEE NNC launches web newsletter

The IEEE Neural Networks Council announces the launching of its newsletter
on the World Wide Web. "CONNECTIONS" (ISSN 1068-1450) will appear
quarterly and will be the place for various NNC related news of meetings,
conferences, and events, as well as in depth reports on NNC committees and
their activities, book reviews, and a technology column overviewing the
latest research trends in the field of computational intelligence.
