We've had a couple of suggestions recently about the posting of paper
announcements to Connectionists. Here they are; you can follow this advice
or not, as you wish.

1) Don't use a generic Subject line like "paper available". Instead, include
the title of your paper, or at least some helpful keywords. Example:

	Wrong way: "Paper available"
Right way: "Paper available: Solving Towers of Hanoi with ART-4"

2) If you're going to post pointers to Postscript files, try to save a few trees
by formatting your paper single spaced, instead of using the double-spaced
format required for journal submissions. This also makes the paper more
suitable for reading with a Postscript previewer.
