Abstract: The new IBM Zero Instruction Set Computer (ZISC036) chip has
been implemented on a PC/ISA-bus card. The chip has 36 RBF-like neurons.
It is highy parallel and cascadable with on-chip learning. A card with
two ZISC036 chips was built and tested with a noisy character recognition
"benchmark".
