Meeting programs and abstracts are entirely appropriate materials for the
CONNECTIONISTS list. Not all our subscribers have access to FTP, and most
would consider it an unreasonable inconvenience to have to FTP such things.
My advice to you is to learn how to use your mail-reading program
correctly. In most mail readers, long messages that don't interest you can
be skipped with a single keystroke. If you are scrolling through the whole
message in order to get to the next one, go back and read the user's
manual.
Please, let's have no more discussion of this topic on the CONNECTIONSITS
list. *That* would be a waste of bandwidth. People who feel they
absolutely have to comment on this can send their remarks to the maintainers:
