There are a lot of long meetings programs with abstracts and so on being
transmitted on this network. Would it not be more economical to
transmit a short abstract along with instructions on how to ftp the
whole document? Almost every day I have to scroll through long documents
of marginal interest to me. Is it really necessary to put such long
documents so all the subscribers have to read them?
