I'm going to write a survey report on the applications of evolutionary search 
procedures (like genetic algorithm) to neural networks (including any hybrids
of evolutionary and connectionist learning). Any comments or references in this 
area are greatly welcomed. I will certainly post the bibliographies or the 
report if there are enough people interested in it.
