Facial Feature Detector

I would like to know if anyone has or knows of a database of images of
human faces or portrait shots of people. I require the images to form
training and test sets for a neural network for facial feature detection.
This is part of my PhD program and not a commercial development.
I would gratefully appreciate any help.
