List Address, ICJNN, and Turing Machines

  I am posting this for Jurgen Schmidhuber
(schmidhu at tumult.informatik.tu-muenchen.de).  He told me at ICJNN
that he was getting this mailing list but was having problems sending
submissions to it...is there a special addressing method he needs
from Germany besides the .edu?
  Not to waste bandwith, I'll add that I seem to remember neural nets
being trained to be Turing Machines in Zisper (et al.)'s work on
recurrent network backpropogation learning.
