In response to Alexander Linden's query of July 12:

The edited proceedings of the 1988 Connectionist Models Summer School will
be published by Morgan Kaufmann Publishers, around December.  Price will be
$24.95, softcover.  You should start seeing advertisements for it soon.

Note:  Morgan Kauffman is the publisher of the AAAI and IJCAI proceedings.
Starting in 1988 they will also publish the proceedings of the Denver NIPS
conference.
