Karen Chen's Caselets win a major prize

Dear Autonians.,

How fitting it is for me to share this great news on the birthday of the
Auton lab!

Our own Professor Karen Chen and her team at the University of Maryland
Baltimore County has just won an important prize in a tough DARPA AI Tools
competition.

Her Caselet system is designed to develop and reinforce hands-on skills of
aspiring and seasoned Data Scientists. Karen, I, and few other Autonians
did initial developmen of it here at the Auton Lab, and she took it to the
next levels of utility after moving to UMBC. It is a good example of using
AI to teach AI.

Way to go Karen!
