Issue with new printer

Guys printing is broken on Auton Lab desktops and I am working on fixing
things. I had no information that facilities were planing to change the
printers. I just saw the guys who changed the printer were we using and
asked them why I am not informed and more importantly where are the
configuration files (info I need to set up the printer). Sorry to say
that but they are clueless and had no idea what I was talking about. I
have to hunt down tomorrow the person who set up the printer server for
the school of computer science to get info I need to make printers work
with our desktops.
