[auton-users] CMU Internet Access slows to a Crawl

Hi Lab,

You heard it here first:

In case you have not tried to get out to the Internet yet today, it is 
extremely slow.  Unusable, pretty much.  The computing folks are aware 
of the problem so it should not be too long before service is restored.
