[auton-users] CVSweb now available for Auton Lab CVS Repository

Hi Lab,

I have added CVSweb to our website.  This lets you browse CVS repository 
without having to check anything out of CVS.  It also lets you create 
snazzy looking diffs between versions.  I have added this and the new 
Subversion repo to the navigation bar on the Auton Intranet site.
