[auton-users] Subversion Repository Changes

Hello Lab,

The location of our Subversion repository has changed.  This change is 
part of the process in upgrading our file servers, and offers a less 
hostname-dependent access method to Subversion.

To update your local working copies, visit the Intranet, and contact me 
with any questions or issues in switching to the new repository location.
