[auton-users] Project sprat_pgi retired (NOT sprat_pgi3)

Hey all,
The project sprat_pgi has been retired, and moved to the
retired version of the CVS repository. If you see any errors about
trying to update this project (e.g. you do a "cvs update" in your
h directory), remove the sprat_pgi directory and all will be good.
If you think it was wrong to retire sprat_pgi, let me know, and I'll
move it back. As of present there are two other versions of sprat
that are alive and kicking, "sprat" and "sprat_pgi3" (although ideally
they'll eventually merge back together).
