[ACT-R-users] ACT-R software update

There will not be a new version of the ACT-R software released in the
remainder of this year or early next year.

However, there is a change to the macOS standalone that is on the software
page now.  It has had an additional setup script added to the zip file
which should make it easier to get things up and running.  Running the new
script first will clear all of the security flags for the other scripts and
the included applications so that they don't have to be control-clicked
and/or "allowed" to run.  The setup video has also been updated to show the
use of the new script.

If you have any questions or problems with using that, let me know.
