[ACT-R-users] New version of the ACT-R software available

A new version of the ACT-R software is now available on the web site:

<http://act-r.psy.cmu.edu/next/>

It is being made available on a separate prerelease page, and it will
become the current version around the end of the year (at which time
the current version will move to the existing old software page).  This
is being done so that people who will be using it in classes early next
year have a chance to test out the new software in advance without
causing potential problems for anyone that currently has a class using
the software.
