[ACT-R-users] Updated ACT-R software release

A new version of the ACT-R software is now available on the ACT-R
website: <http://act-r.psy.cmu.edu/software/>.

The new version is called ACT-R 7, but it is really just an
updated version of the ACT-R 6.1 software which was released
at the beginning of the year.

Info on the updates to 6.1 as of the Workshop can be found here:
