Dear colleagues

We would like to draw your attention to the special issue "Hebb in perspective"
of Biological Cybernetics, a collection of survey and research articles on
Hebbian learning. It brings together experimental and theoretical aspects of
synaptic plasticity in neocortex and hippocampus, with particular emphasis on
spike-timing dependent plasticity.
