With respect, again, to the techreport on "The role of constraints in
Hebbian learning" by myself and David MacKay:

There seem to be various memory problems so that different printers
choke at different points trying to print out the ps files. So, for
those who are used to TeX and have a way to print out .dvi files: I
have placed hebbian.dvi and the ps files of the various figures where
they can be ftp'ed. Perhaps you can print these out using dvips or
dvi2ps, etc.; but your dvi=>ps program might have problems with the
psfig macros, which we use to incorporate the figures. If you want to
give it a try:

unix> ftp kant.cns.caltech.edu [OR, ftp 131.215.135.31]
login: anonymous
password: [your e-mail address]
ftp> cd pub/ken
ftp> binary
ftp> get hebbian.dvi
ftp> prompt
ftp> mget FIG*.ps
ftp> quit

again, if you can't print the paper out by this or other means, please let
me know and I will send a hardcopy.

This should be the last message on this topic.

Ken
