Facilities, please read on!
Be sure to send email to Judy and cc me.  Judy will have week passes for
$15 or day passes for $5.

Helen,

If your conference people would like to come to the information desk
Monday, Tuesday (I'm out in the afternoon on Wed), Thursday, 8am - 4pm  and
ask for Judy (or Marcia if I'm not around), we can give them a day pass for
$5 or a week pass for $15.  They have access to the pool with this as well
as the gym and weight room.

What I need from you is a list of all the participants in your programs so
I can check them off.  You can send this email if this is easier.

Let me know if you have problems.
