  I just merged ttRoboDebug to the trunk.  The changes are below.  I won't
delete the branch, but I strongly recommend that the TeamTalk trunk becomes
your new primary place of development.

Merging TeamTalk Robo debug to the trunk.

1) Improved guidance with the initial configuration of the system in
SystemBuild.pl
2) Improved error checking and copying of libOlympusUtility.dll in
TeamTalkRun.bat
3) Start of support for things like back and to the right in agent.cpp
4) Support for AMSwitcher
5) Better comments and debugging statements throughout
