Adding supplemental source for non-subversioned source.
This source will be updated infrequently and currently
includes Helios3, Kalliope, NlgServer2, Phoenix2,
ProcessMonitor, Ravenclaw, Audio_Server, and
Sphinx_Engine.
This archive is created by the 
create-source-image.pl script.
