[Soups-announce] SOUPS Hotel Blocks Close July 21st! Register now for a conference discount

SOUPS Community,

As we are putting the final touches and plans in place for SOUPS 2025, we’re really looking forward to welcoming you all to Seattle next month.

This year SOUPS will be in the Seattle Convention Center, which means we have two hotels with room blocks, near the convention center. Please, if you can, book your hotel room with one of these blocks (which close July 21st)

If you book a hotel room in these blocks, you can then receive a $100 registration discount. To use this discount you have to reserve your room first! And then fill out the form at: https://forms.gle/8uTF41FhkVwBzw7N7  This benefits you with cheaper registration, but it also helps SOUPS and USENIX continue to fund and support our conferences.

We know this is a difficult time to attend conferences in person, that research and travel funds are tighter and more uncertain, so we appreciate the community’s continued support in making SOUPS, now in its twenty-first year, a success.
