**Deadline approaching*: The paper registration deadline will be in less
than 3 weeks, and the paper submission deadline will be in less than 4
weeks!*

deadlines; no extensions will be granted.*

§  Mandatory Paper Registration Deadline: *Thursday, February 18, 2021*

§  Paper Submission Deadline: *Thursday, February 25, 2021*

§  Early Rejection Notification: *Tuesday, March 30, 2021*

§  Rebuttal Period: *Thursday, April 29–Thursday, May 6, 2021*

§  Paper Notifications: *Friday, May 21, 2021*

§  Final Paper Files Due: *Wednesday, June 9, 2021*


*PLEASE ALSO NOTE:*

Feb 18 Paper Registration: Due to briefly overlapping deadlines, authors
awaiting IEEE S&P notifications may register a SOUPS abstract of this same
work. However, authors must immediately withdraw their SOUPS paper
registration on Feb 19 if it is accepted at IEEE S&P.  No other overlap in
submission is permitted.  Contact the SOUPS Chairs at
