available!  SOUPS will once again feature outstanding talks, papers, and
posters.

ends *Tuesday, July 23*, and discounted rooms are available in the conference
hotel <https://www.usenix.org/conference/soups2019#venue> until *Monday,
July 22* (or until the block runs out).
