[Soups-announce] SOUPS workshop deadline extensions

This year SOUPS will feature two workshops: Workshop on Usable IT  
Security Management (USM '08) and The Symposium on Accessible Privacy  
and Security (SOAPS '08). The submission deadline for these workshops  
has been extended to April 24.
